It felt fine over a Smartwool sports bra, under a 260 Icebreaker mid layer and my ski jacket. I am an athletic build at 5'5" and 138 lbs. This top looks nice on its own and fits well without feeling tight. I neither felt restricted in movement, nor did I feel sweaty and gross - which is a testament to its seams and wicking properties. The neck is not tight when all zipped up, and the short lanyard is a handy, thoughtful addition that becomes necessary when trying to vent while wearing gloves. I liked it so much, I returned to Sierra TP to buy a second one.

Very soft inside, with a slight waffle texture on the outside. True to size and because it is made to loop over your thumb the sleeves are actually long enough for my extra long arms. I bought all the colors that were in stock, but I would buy more if they were available.
