I did sz up a half size so I would have plenty of room in the toe box. These are very stable, supportive and the heel fits nicely, snug but not tight. No blisters or running. I put them to the test and they are truly water proof. I'm happy with them and would recommend them to others.

The inner sole is firm along the foot and then very soft and gel like at the heal. This created my heal dropping down lower than it should. Long term I knew this would create an issue in the overall integrity of my foot, leg and hip alignment. I tried them again for a longer period, walked around indoors - it activated sciatica pain along my leg. It might not be everyone's experience. I wanted them to work!
