5.0 out of 5 stars. Best water shoes everVerified Buyer Reviewed by daddy-o from montgomery village, MD on Tuesday, October 6, 2009This is my third pair. I love them and wear them everywhere. I even accidently kicked the corner of the door late one night, didn't hurt but if I hadn't had them on, I would have broke a toe or two. I'm sold on these shoes.
- Best Uses: Boating, Casual Wear, Foot protection, Kayaking, Rafting, Sailing, Wading, Walking/Hiking
- Describe Yourself: Advanced User
- Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy On and Off, Good Traction, Great Fit, Lightweight

4.0 out of 5 stars. My favorite water shoeVerified Buyer Reviewed by Busyboater from Northern Virginia on Friday, March 13, 2009it's a great all around shoe. I wear it 150 days a year whitewater kayaking. Traction is not tops in the most slippery situations, but 99% of the time, there's great.
- Best Uses: Kayaking, Wading
- Cons: Poor Traction
- Describe Yourself: Advanced User
- Pros: Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Durable, Easy On and Off, Lightweight

3.0 out of 5 stars. SMALL!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Jungleboy from Johnson City, TN on Wednesday, March 11, 2009I bought a pair for my son and a pair for me. I wear 8 1/2D (or E depending on the shoe) and my son wears 11E. The order instructions said for half size order down. I couldn't even get the shoe on. My son got his on but they were too narrow. The quality seemed good and I liked the style, but I couldn't wear them.
- Cons: Difficult On and Off, Narrow, SMALL
- Pros: Good Quality

4.0 out of 5 stars. Teva Proton river shoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Red Ryder from Venice,CA on Monday, February 16, 2009I use these as slippers around the house and for occasional around the block walk with my dog. They make great house slippers that you can wear outside for short walks and gardening. Not good on gravel, too thin.
I am sure they are great for boating too. They ran small so get one size up. IMO- Best Uses: Casual Wear

- Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Traction, Great Fit, Lightweight

5.0 out of 5 stars. Teva ProtonsVerified Buyer Reviewed by liv2paddle from New Jersey on Sunday, December 28, 2008Love these shoes..they fit well and are comfortable in kayak. They are not a walking around shoe..as sole is light..so don't plan on hiking..they are strickly water shoes to protect your foot when entering and exiting rough areas. I use them for clamming as well as the sole is thin and I can stil feel the clams through the sole.
- Best Uses: Lake, Ocean, Pool, Sole is thin and comfy
- Describe Yourself: Advanced User
- Pros: Durable, Easy On and Off, Good Traction, This is my second pair
