She usually runs cold and she swore by this and was never cold even through we saw a little bit of snow fall on one of our days. In comparison, I have a used kelty 25 down and definitely needed additional layering.

Perfect fit!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anita from Arizona on Thursday, June 11, 2015Fit: I ordered the regular size bag, but decided it was just a smidgen too short--I'm 5'61/2" and after looking at the specs on the bag I realized that the regular was supposed to fit 'up to 5'6"). I was worried that the long would be too long (this has happened with other bags), and I was pleased to discover that it's just right. The baffling around the neck and head are perfect for keeping chilly drafts out, and the bag has ample wiggle room.
Construction: The bag is very light weight and it comes with a small stuff sack as well as bigger bag for non-compressed storage. It also has hang loops if you want to leave it hanging in your closet when not in use (my recommendation).
Warmth: I can't rate it on warmth yet, because I purchased it during the summer and haven't tried it out in fall or winter camping. I'm banking on the combination of down and the reflective fabric to keep me warm all over. I'll update the review in about five months once I've discovered how it does in cold weather.
