1.0 out of 5 stars. Not True to SizeReviewed by Alan from Delaware on Wednesday, July 1, 2026I purchased and worn a variety of shoes in size 41 for many years. I have purchased other barefoot shoes in the past. I recently purchased the VivoBarefoot Primus Lite III Running Shoes in size 41. When I tried them on they were at least one size to big. I had about one inch of wiggle room. I will be returning the shoes. Unfortunately Sierra doesn't have any sizes smaller than 41 in this shoe.
Do yourself a favor and order a size smaller than you normally wear.
