4.0 out of 5 stars. Nice but can be improvedReviewed by Mal from California on Friday, September 18, 2026This is a great price for these leather Tari boots, but once I actually tried them on, I could tell these won't be my favorite. The toe box is not as wide as I thought it would be. I own a pair of Xero Gracie rainboots that have a similar shape and I think the rainboots are roomier. The ankle area is very wide but the buckle adjustment is just for show. It doesn't actually allow you to tighten the opening. Right now the boots feel really stiff. I hope with some breaking in they will soften up. The real life color of these boots are a little darker/muddier than what is pictured here.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Correction on other review*Reviewed by Cori from North Carolina on Friday, September 18, 2026Correction: I had initially ordered my usual size, 7.5, and had to size DOWN to a 7 as was suggested on the Sierra.com website.

5.0 out of 5 stars. I had to order a 1/2 size downReviewed by Cori from North Carolina on Friday, September 18, 2026I assumed based on other reviews, that I needed to order my usual size. I generally like to have extra room anyway. But the size 8 was like a boat on my foot. I have a shape foot with my second toe is the slightly longer one, and I tend to feel awkward if shoes are too long at the front of my foot. I ended up returning them for my usual size 7 1/2. Note: the top of the shoe is tight. (I would call my arch mid size )So for someone with a higher arch, it might be more beneficial to go with a size up. I’m assuming that overtime that she will soften as many of this type of shoe does.

4.0 out of 5 stars. I had to reorder my normal sizeReviewed by MO from Ohio on Tuesday, July 28, 2026Most of my shoes are barefoot, and I usually order by euro sizing. I followed the directions on this page and ordered a 7 (euro 37) instead of a 7 1/2 (euro 38, my normal size). I had to reorder the 7 1/2. My toes were rubbing against the top of the shoe in the 7; the 7 1/2 was perfect.
