3.0 out of 5 stars. breathable but really smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by skisurfer1 from Canada on Wednesday, March 22, 2017definitely a real bikini fit. Am normally a medium so bought one in that size. They are so low they fall below all the belt lines of my pants. Got a skin irritation from all the exposed skin . They breath really well for high output activities,

5.0 out of 5 stars. Soft and Accurate SizingVerified Buyer Reviewed by Snowsprinkles from New York on Thursday, March 9, 2017Hopefully this wool underwear will hold up to my (dry comfort and no-stink) expectations for a multi-day bikepacking or backpacking trip!

5.0 out of 5 stars. I want all my undies to be theseReviewed by Mary not contrary from North Carolina on Thursday, March 2, 2017These are wonderfully soft and fit better than any other brand of underwear. Yes, you have to order a size or so larger than you might expect to wear - these are more true to "old fashioned measurement based sizing" think "wedding dress" sizing kind of sizes. I've never had a problem with them shrinking (hand wash, hang to dry). I really wish I could splurge and only wear these everyday because they are so breathable. I've never had a problems with seams coming apart, and I would be bummed if I did because I love them so much!

1.0 out of 5 stars. Don't buy these!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Texas on Thursday, March 2, 2017Despite reading some negative reviews, I bought two pair in medium. I'm 5 ft 5, 130lbs and usually wear a small panty. Both pair had holes in the crotch where the extra panel is layered on. I noticed it as I was hand washing the first pair. I then checked the other pair that I hadn't worn yet and it too had a hole in the seam and the seam started to separate when gently tugged apart. I thought I'd fix them and wear them anyway, as returns are a no go with panties. After hand washing the panties shrunk and the front rise is now too low. I'm constantly tugging them up. Who likes adjusting their undies all day? These are a dud look elsewhere for a quality wool panty. I wish SmartWool would make them with more coverage and better quality control.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Nice!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Arizona Girl Scouter from Tempe on Monday, February 27, 2017I really wanted these since they were on sale , but they were only available in an XL. I normally wear a size 8 or M in most bottoms but this brand I usually need a size L .So ordered them anyways and they still fit. I am 5'7" and weigh 150 lbs, fairly athletic build. Not sure there is much difference in L and XL. I washed and dried them in the dryer and they are now very comfortable.

5.0 out of 5 stars. PerfectVerified Buyer Reviewed by Arizona Girl Scouter from Tempe on Wednesday, February 22, 2017Well, I really wanted these but they didn't have them in a size large, only XL. I ordered them anyway in the XL and they fit just fine. There is no sag anywhere, fit just like the large would have
