5.0 out of 5 stars. Great bootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by James Bittel from Colorado on Friday, August 12, 2016Typical excellent AKU quality and fit. I also love my winter AKU boots. Great workmanship. If there was one thing about the boots I'd like to see added to them, it would be some type of collar around the tops to keep out sand and weeds.
Great product as I've come to expect from AKU. -
4.0 out of 5 stars. Nice Italian BootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by fly-boy from Caldwell Idaho on Monday, July 25, 2016These are a very well made boot. A little narrow for my feet, but I'll get them broke in. I wasn't sure about the color when I ordered them, but I like it now that I have them. Don't step on my blue suede...you know the rest.

2.0 out of 5 stars. AKU Feda Manufacturer Defect in my opinionReviewed by Seattleclick from PNW on Wednesday, July 13, 2016I bought size 10 M in these boots, as I typically order boots about a half size larger to accommodate thick socks or swelling of the feet after a long day... Anyway, the material is top notch and I think I could even get used to the flat sole. They definitely had potential. However, the eyelets were too asymmetrical and looked like a manufacturing flaw to me. The blue suede ones I got did not look like the STP product as the asymmetry was more pronounced. Maybe I just got a bogus pair and others got lucky. Anyway, I returned mine.

5.0 out of 5 stars. unique bootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Minnesota on Thursday, June 23, 2016Great boots! Top-notch construction and finishing detail. Cool asymmetrical twist on a classic euro hiker design. Plus, blue suede?? Win! They are surprisingly lightweight and comfy right out of the box. A minor issue is the overlapping leather flaps over the tongue stiffen the uppers, making them flex over my toes rather than just behind my toes. This creates slight pressure on the tops of my toes as I walk. This is lessening as the boots break in. The sturdy uppers and stiff soles make these great for bicycling and motorcycling.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Great looking bootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Wolf on the beach from N. Cali on Wednesday, February 10, 2016Love the look of these boots, but if they aren't comfortable, why bother? But these are decently comfy. Went on an easy hike in the redwoods and the traction was good. Granted, there isn't that much depth in the sole, but certainly worth the price.
