But my girl wears a size 7.5 US and I ordered them in an 8 US so she could wear thick socks... but even with normal socks, they were to small. Had to return.

She loves them and uses them all the time to walk the dog on cold mornings and evenings. Will be using them soon for a winter trip to Paris where we will be walking everyday. She says that they are very comfortable and look great.

It has a zipper .For me the size I normally wear, an 8 M was just too short in the foot area. I could feel the tip of the shoe. There was no 9 M available but as I kept reading reviews sowing with a 7.5 chose a 9 M which fit them so I bought a size 10 M. The length of the footbed is good now although the boots fit a bit wide now. I’m not sure I’m keeping them yet but I might. I wish I could know for sure which size boots to buy the first time. For some the size is true to fit and for others not. That’s why I gave 4 stars for my rating although I haven’t wore these yet and determined if they are comfortable or waterproof as they say they are.

They run small. I normally wear a 7.5 and a 9 was the right foot length for me in these but I still had to return them because they are only for narrow feet. I don’t have wide feet, but these were painful on me due to width. I find this strange for a snow boot since narrow is usually a specialty and doesn’t particularly accommodate a winter sock on someone that say has a very narrow foot :(
