It is not made in England though. It is made in Vietnam. This jacket is a nice rain jacket for warmer weather. It is very thin and provides no warmth. The blue color is a nice classic royal blue color. It fits well. I normally wear a small size, i.e. 2 or 4, depending on the brand. I am 5'1 and approx 120lbs. The size 8 fits perfectly.
