Waterproof, excellent finish. I would be delighted to own this and may buy in the future. Price was very good for such quality.

We'll also have to see how this shape packs into those ever-shrinking overhead bins in the planes... All in all, a very efficient package for flying...

It was instantly obvious that this case is very well made. All the components are high quality and the "fit and finish" is beautiful. The wheels do not roll quite as freely as one might expect, it takes a little effort, but I expect this will get better through use. Make no mistake, this is luggage for a short trip. There is not a lot of space, but just right for a night or 2. It is amazingly light and easy to handle, a breeze going down an airplane aisle. The outside pocket is perfect for a tablet and/or files with very easy access. I purchased this for the many short business trips and quick weekenders I take. I also needed to replace my previous Athalon bag which wore out performing this same function in just 2 years. This one appears like it will last much longer. It is certainly better constructed and easier to use. I also know that if I have ANY issues with it Sierra Trading Post will stand behind me and that is HUGE.
