I have ordered these every other year for at least the last decade. they are a lighter material than the duck but hold up to welding abuse. great for hot summers in the shop.

  • 1.0 out of 5 stars. Burned by "IRREGULAR"
Verified Buyer Reviewed by archaeologist from florida on Thursday, December 27, 2018
Normally I love these pants - the only pants I wear besides jeans. In this instance however, the IRREGULAR designation apparently meant incorrect sizing. I will be returning them.
  • 2.0 out of 5 stars. Terrible "2nd"
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Boston on Thursday, December 20, 2018
These seems like good pants but the pair I received had a hole in the crotch that was randomly topstiched to patch the hole. It was completely unacceptable for new pants being a 2nd or not.
  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. Sized Poorly

Ordered a 44 inch waist and while the pants looked great, these were likely a 40, despite the 44 tag.
  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. great pants

Wonderful well made pants. great colors & fit true to size.
  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. NOT relaxed fit
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Renvator from New Jersey on Thursday, October 11, 2018
These pants are definitely not relaxed fit. More like skinny fit. Might fit well if you have non-muscular legs. Go the next size up from what you are used to buying in Carhartt pants. I have other Carhartt pants in the exact size that fit great. I will be returning them. I would try the next size up, but the legs are so narrow I'm not sure that would work. And I don't want to get into the back and forth shipping fees (which are not favorable with STP). It's a shame because I like everything else about them.

About Carhartt

If you're looking for durable, comfortable clothing and outerwear, few other brands can compete with Carhartt. Although the venerable Carhartt clothing company has become one of the most respected names in American work wear today, the brand comes from humble roots. Founded in 1889, the family-owned business started out in Detroit, Michigan with just two sewing machines and five employees. During The First World War, the company made uniforms for the US military and also manufactured work clothing for the Navy during WWII. Today, Carhartt clothing is still known for robust fabrics, top-notch construction and a great fit. From rugged Carhartt jackets and coveralls to jeans and shirts, this is one brand you can trust to deliver the real deal -- every time.
