5.0 out of 5 stars. Cool CoatReviewed by aligaterr from Virginia on Wednesday, February 3, 2021This is a unique coat... the outside is almost a rubber material so I'm sure it's going to repel rain quite adequately. There are down-filled channels throughout the coat and with the rubber sealed material on the outside, it makes the coat quite warm.
I originally had to order a L because they were out of XL and, although it fit, it was a little snug in the shoulders. Luckily, when I was returning it, an XL became available so I grabbed it. The XL gives me a little more freedom of movement. If you plan to wear just a t-shirt or thin material under it, you could probably go with a size that is more fitted, but if you plan to wear anything substantial under it (sweater, sweatshirt, etc.) I would go with a size up.
