Lined insole. Runs large on me. Lightweight boot, not like packing around a cinder block like some other well built brands that make my hips hurt at the end of a long day. I ordered the 8M felt almost like a 9 or 10M. Just too big, tried insoles but didn't take up enough room to fit me. Sadly returned them.
