I would just say that I bought these for women who are half sizes and I would say "order up" in size, rather than down. Google the conversion chart for mens' sizes and then select the next size. Mine are a little tight. They don't have a linler and are perforated with air holes for summer!

I ordered a size 9 MEN'S and received a size 7 men/ size 9 WOMEN'S. The Crocs themselves are fine, but I returned them for a refund because I didn't want to take more chances with size listing errors on Sierra's part.
