3.0 out of 5 stars. Works, but wish I paid more for something betterVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from San Francisco, CA, USA on Wednesday, April 4, 2018Bought it for my girlfriend to use on her Dutch (e-)Bike. THey worked. A little smaller than I was expecting but that's probably related to the fact it's been a while since I've seen/used non-touring Panniers.
+: visible, styleish, can convert to a backpack, extra protection on bottom when on bike or resting on ground, place to clip lights when mounted either side
-: the pannier clips are not quite wide enough to get around her rear rack (Public Bike), backpack conversion is so-so, rear light clip area sags, construction leaves a little to be desired
