The interchangeable bands is a nice touch and the watch comes with a screw driver and mounting blocks to make the inter-change relatively easy, with a little practice. The watch does not come with the tools to remove links from the metal band if it is too big; you'll need a jeweler for that. I have another chronograph watch; its about 30 years old. While the face of that watch is about the same size as this watch, it is half the width and half the weight and it does more 'stuff' than this watch does; i.e. it tells you the date and also has a tachometer. That said, this watch is stylish, but heavier than most.

The watch is a combination diver and stopwatch. The case is very thick.The two bands are a consolation. The stopwatch dials are very subtle on the black dial, which is okay because they do not compete with the other elements, but if actually timing something it is hard to read the elapsed time. The watch dial is missing the date window, though the date is shown and described in the manual and the stem does have the ability to change a date, which is an "oops" and probably explains the low pricing on sierra. "Swiss made" may only apply to the Swiss movement inside.

The display box is much larger than I expected, about the size of a regular piece of paper. The watch is fairly heavy but that is reasonable due to it's size. Although it is advertised as for either men or women, this would be very large for most women.
