I called to get replacements for the broken cups and the second batch cam with all shattered. They were packaged extremely poorly and worse the second time. These were meant as a gift. So frustrating!

They aren’t a bad size but all four broke in shipping. Sierra sent four more and only one broke this time. My husband chipped one washing it so I didn’t ask for a replacement for the broken one- I may just turn them into plant pots because they obviously aren’t durable enough for daily use.

They are 16 oz, not quite soup mug size but bigger than your average coffee mug. I ordered a couple extra because I've been receiving broken items from Sierra lately, but they stepped up their game with double bubble wrap so every one was intact.
