Not sure of the PVC lined sole.Reviewed by LC from LA on Saturday, October 27, 2018I purchased these based on the 2 raving reviews... came to realize that the PVC-lined sole and inner upper are not breathable at all. My feet do not stay dry in them for long and things start to get funky quickly. You get the idea.
