Most Helpful 5-Star Review

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great skinny touring ski.

Got these to replace one that I had snapped. Nothing to do with durability of the ski, any back country ski would have snapped how I broke it.

These are fantastic skis for the skinnier but not race end of the touring spectrum. Most of the reviews on Findrs are for the wider ones which for the layup and construction definitely makes a better ski in the skinnier widths. Good long effective edge, just enough tip and tail splay.

Kinda wish there was a description of why they are seconds, wouldn't have changed my purchase but would be good to know. These were seconds because whatever profile cutter was used on the sidewalls had a huge bur or chip on it and put some UGLY cutting marks into the sidewall. Also no mount mark, glad I had an existing ski to measure from on the mount point since G3 doesn't list mount point locations on their website.
