Looks good in picture but...Reviewed by Joenick from Chicago on Wednesday, April 3, 2019... not real neoprene-look once out of the bag, and yeah is kind of stiff, and the shoulders get higher that your shoulder height, and the sawing of the black stripe in the sleeves is itchy at the touch of the skin, I tried it only with a tank top on and I could not stood the bugging sensation is my arms, is bad I have ti send it back, I tried with only the tank on because sometimes I just wear that underneath of this kind of jackets, and sometime just the jacket so, I would not be able to wear this one like that.
