instead of telling you they run "small" or "large", i measured my foot as well as the sandal i ordered. my foot (socks) measured exactly 10.5 inches (heel to front of big toe) -- i ordered size 43 (10 US) .. the sandal measured exactly 11.0 inches
heel to toe. they fit me very well.
