5.0 out of 5 stars. Great Cross-Training Shoe!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Bay Area, California on Friday, July 1, 2016I bought these to use for TRX and bootcamp classes since they have a lower drop (heel) than my built-up running shoes. They're perfect for these classes, though the limited traction on the bottom makes them better for gyms with rubber floormats than slick wood yoga studio flooring. For the latter, you'll definitely want to grab a mat for grip! I've also gone on short warm-up runs up to a mile in these, and there's still enough cushion to minimize impact, but I don't think I'd take them much further. Only downside is that due to the thiner sole, they wear out after about 9 months, and show earlier wear on the inner seams near the toe. The tongue also tends to ship bent, and it can take a couple weeks of carefully putting the shoes on and bending the tongue into the proper place for it to not bunch-up/crease anymore (which could cause blisters) - a minor inconvenience. Overall they're a supportive, flexible shoe great for TRX, lifting, burpees and more!

2.0 out of 5 stars. ReturnedVerified Buyer Reviewed by Ashonk from Bayfield, CO on Tuesday, May 17, 2016These shoes were super light and true to size. However, they pinched my feet between the laces and the rubber toe front. The top of the heel area kept curling under when I was putting them on unless I used a shoe horn. I returned them and ordered a pair of Brooks.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Best Shoe EverVerified Buyer Reviewed by Gardengal from Damon, TX on Thursday, December 31, 2015Since I've been having a lot of foot pain I thought I would get another pair of fitness shoes. I have been having issues with loose heels. I have all brands. My custom orthotics did not work well in these shoes, but I put a gel insole with the North Face insole on top. This is such a snug perfect fit for me. It's like walking on marshmallows. My feet are still a little arthritic, but as long as I can keep walking and going to body pump class I'm happy. The North Face is a brand I will definitely go to again.
