5.0 out of 5 stars. Nice thick shirt

Very nice fabric. Haven't washed yet so can't speak on how that aspect holds up. I usually take a 15-1/2 or 16 x 32 fitted shirt. This is structured very similar to that size in the medium. It will not fit everybody....mAy be a little short if you are long waisted.

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Big heavy duty shirt

I like this shirt but did not realize it was so thick and heavy. It is almost like a shirt jacket. It is also so thick that I can not tuck into my pants. The quality is fantastic though. It may not have been what I was looking for but based on how well it was made, I will hang on to it. The original price I would say is not too unrealistic but at STP price it's a steal. Thanks again for having such great merchandise.

About Royal Robbins

By the late-1960s, veteran Yosemite rock climber Royal Robbins and his wife Liz had grown tired of wearing cutoff jeans on the crag. At the time, apparel designed specifically for outdoor adventure was virtually non-existent. After years of wishing for something better, the couple finally decided to create their own, starting with a pair of climbing shorts called the “Billy Goat.” This was the beginning of Royal Robbins’ clothing revolution. Today, nearly 50 years later, Royal Robbins outdoor clothing is as rugged and reliable as ever. When you buy a Royal Robbins sweater or shirt, or a Royal Robbins pair of pants or shorts, you can bet it will fit great, whether you’re climbing in the Sierra Nevadas, camping in the backcountry or relaxing in your own backyard.
