2.0 out of 5 stars. OK I guess? No real instructions for use.Reviewed by Anonymous from Denver, CO on Wednesday, February 24, 2016I got this specifically for baked apples. Mine had obviously been opened and I'm guessing it was a return as the one apple that wasn't packaged pops open at the slightest movement.
The recipe "book" is a leaflet with care instructions and 2 recipes repeated in 11 languages. And to top it off neither recipe is for actual apples. Even some basic instructions for approximate cooking times and temperatures would have been useful. But with the two recipes both being for soft fruits (bananas, strawberries, and pears) there is no way of knowing how long a hard fruit like an apple will take.
I'm sure this sounds a bit whiny, but the recipe book is what sold me on the product. I had thought there would be enough information to easily learn how to use these. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. makes me laughReviewed by Lady London from Europe on Saturday, January 2, 2016I bought the set of two red and green apples. I'm going to put them in a bowl and hide the black one under them.. I'm remembering the Disney film. Let's see if Snow White who comes to visit picks the black one out of the bowl :-)
