5.0 out of 5 stars. Love em so farVerified Buyer Reviewed by nayborboy from Maryland on Tuesday, August 9, 2016Let me start by saying I have a lot of experience with Steiner optics. In my opinion there are only a hand full of brands that are in the same league with Steiner. All my experience with Steiner optics ranging from military marine to compact models has been outstanding. I do not expect anything different from these glasses. The lenses are great once they are set to your eyes they only require slight fine focus. So far these have proven to be durable and Ive used them in the rain and miserable conditions and I've experienced no fogging. I have seen Steiner binoculars in the past that were submerged in brackish water to 4 feet and suffered no I'll effects. Lens covers supplied are well designed and don't add bulk to the binoculars etc.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Great construction and optics; not for backpackingVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Alaska on Sunday, April 10, 2016These have magnificent optics, are built rugged with rubber coating, and are overall superb quality. They are not light and compact enough for go-light backpacking use, but are perfect for car, boat, or projects where the excellent optics are more important than a little extra weight and bulk.
