The photo doesn't show a draw-string collar. I didn't like it but that's just my personal taste. I would have kept it if the fabric were more comfortable.

I anticipated it being a little softer and thicker than it was, however, I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as "itchy" as I thought it would be once I got it on. I wore it with fleece lined leggings and I was very comfortable all day. Super cute dress. I am 5'4" and 135 lbs. The medium is perfect. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I got it on sale. Not something I would've been thrilled with at $90+ but I paid $38 and I'm completely satisfied at that price point.
