The 6 fits perfectly, and the 28" inseam and the low rise mean that I don't have to get them altered for length or in the waist. The fabric is stretchy enough that I can comfortably squat to tie my shoes.

I'd say they fit exactly like the photo. Problem for me is they are big in waist and tight on thighs...but this is my dilemma with all pants. I'm 5'4 and they cover my ankle bone.

Bought this one as Pants not as Capri from Sierra Trading Post, and the waist line was enormous. Not very feminine. There was no choice of length size, so the regular is to long for myself. Instead of going thru the trouble of returning the item, not knowing which size pants of this brand will be for me, I just gave them to a friend.

I bought two colors and maybe becuz of the dyes the gray ones weren't quite as tight as the plum. May work on smaller people without thinner legs.

I am over 60. I wore them on the week-end and my daughters both commented on how nice they looked. I would definitely purchase again. Only thing I would change would be to have them sit high up near my waist.
