Barely fits and I am a medium per their spec chart. This is a problem with the Pearl. Their quality control is lacking for sizing as it varies so much for jackets, jerseys and everything they sell.

It has a different material in the "pits" area that allows the jacket to breath. It's versatile in that it is comfortable in a wide temperature range. I've worn it in the 30's to the 50's and felt comfortable (layering accordingly). Seems to be of typical Pearl Izumi quality (very good). Also like the high vis color selection.
