They're very well made and the leather is top-notch. I got them to replace a pair of Clarks leather chukkas that wore out in just over a year. I can see these things going much longer, and with the leather/rubber sole, it would even be fairly easy and inexpensive to get them re-soled if they should ever need it. Very happy with my purchase.
