I'm not sure if more than one leg could fit in this thing, and I would never have gotten it over my head. My skinny bean 12-year old (less than 100 lb) put it on for laughs (with difficulty) and we had a giggle fit trying to get it off her. OK, I wasn't sure if maybe a medium would be necessary, but now I think that even the large might be required for me. I think I'll pass on the whole idea, though, as the material is so tough I might feel a little claustrophobic with it eventually on. At some point, vanity loses!

The slip has grippy lines on the hem so it stays mostly put. I wore it with leggings and it crept up quite a bit, probably wouldn't on bare skin. It did smooth our problem areas and was comfortable!
