These shoes are so smooth inside that you can wear them without socks or stockings. I have wide feet due to bunions and I can wear these without needing to choose a wide size shoe. The only difficulty I have with them is that the stitching just under my bunion area tend to put pressure on that part of my foot. I have only worn them twice and I think the leather will give a bit over time. Very good walking shoes and comfortable otherwise. Leather shoes are my favorite type of shoe to wear.

They always fit and are super comfortable. I usually wear narrow sizes, but these were medium and they still fit nicely as long as I wear thin socks.

I ordered my usual size 8 and could barely get my foot into them. I wore them for 5 minutes and couldn't wait to take them off. I have a narrow, low volume foot and was not wearing thick socks, so I do not think these shoes run true to size. Order up a half or possibly a full size. I simply returned them, don't want to mess around with guessing whether I should get an 8.5 or 9.
