I am an in between size, larger than 8.5 and a small 9 most of the time. I have metatarsalgia and I can wear this pair of shoes all day with np problem. They are also highly water resistant. They have a nice Cush to the footbed and would work well without socks.

I do not like to fall down. I am totally in love with these clogs- all the comfort of the usual Dansko clog with a wide heel and sole. It has been raining and I did not feel the shoes slip at all when I walked from the wet outside to the usually slippery floors at work. And they are red. Love the color. I am usually found wearing Merrell Jungle Mocs. These shoes are even more comfy - remarkable thing to say for someone on their feet all day.
