5.0 out of 5 stars. great sockReviewed by Tucson traveler from AZ on Sunday, March 17, 2013My husband wanted a lightweight sock that would be good for travel and be versatile to wear with walking shoes or hiking boots. these were great. He loved them so much I bought him two more pair. They are comfortable, dry quick and wear well.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Nice socks.... BUT...Verified Buyer Reviewed by FoodieMama from Asheville, NC on Wednesday, December 12, 2012These appear to be nice wool socks... BUT...The packaging bills them as intended for cross country skiing. This was not clearly stated in the product description, and since I purchased them as a gift I was very disappointed.

1.0 out of 5 stars. monarchhunterVerified Buyer Reviewed by monarchhunter from Reno, NV on Wednesday, June 13, 2012I thought this sock would be a great one, but once I wore them the socks would not stay up on my leg. Instead they fell down to my ankles and so i was walking around with floppy sock around my ankles. Not well designed. The lower part of the sock that goes around your foot, however, is comfortable. I would not recommend these socks unless you do not want your socks to hold tight to your calves and fall floppy around your ankles.
