I returned that pair and ordered these instead and they are wonderful. They fit true to size, are comfortable and stable. I haven't needed the pump. I would highly recommend these for any cross training activity.

They don't feel like the nanos at all, I like my toes nice and snug not like the nanos where skinny feet tend to have way toof much room....overall I love them and they work for me
