I measure 31-26-35 and purchased an XS after looking at the size chart. I think these are true to size so I would go with the size chart on this one. It's a fitted look - if you want it looser, I would size up (so long as you have a generous enough bust to allow for that).

I got a small which is what I usually wear in Prana shirts. It is very snug, especially in the stomach. I do wish it was a little bit looser, however it is nice because it stays put during yoga; the bottom doesn't hunch up and the neckline doesn't droop down!
