However, after 3 short one-way airline flights between CA and UT one of the side seams completely ripped open. Buyer beware.

Short extended handle that zips up but the bag is long enough it doesn't require one that telescopes. Main compartment is simply lined but could have used a small interior pocket. One small external pocket. Standing end has plastic feet but being an unstructured duffel it's a leaner unless fully loaded. I'm ordering another.
