I should have purchased a size bigger, as I don't have thin hips or thighs. For most people, their normal size is probably ok. I returned, as the waist has a line of elastic that was also a bit tight. If I had purchased a size bigger than normal, I would have been ok.

I'm 145, 5'10" and a medium usually fits me. These are bang on, and the fabric is good, and the weight is good, if just a titch heavy. Stretch could be a little more generous. Cute styling, thumbs up. Will run, bike walk (and maybe even swim) in these.
