The real reason I returned it was the material. It was a bit uncomfortable. Kind of itchy and not very soft. If it fit better, I might have kept it and just wore long sleeve undershirt. I prefer something more fitted for this type of sweater

Otherwise, the fit is normal --slim in the hips and big in the shoulders. I just love zip neck wool sweaters, and this one is a great medium weight for skiing and just with jeans on a cold day. The breast pocket just makes it perfect.

I have Scout Jura vests, but the added warmth from the zip neck is splendid. Great as an outer layer on brisk mornings. I expect it to be useful as an intermediate layer in the winter.
