These boots are right on the edge of what I think I can use. I'm basically a runner/jogger @ 66years old so I do everything mildly. I'm learning that what I need is a light flexible and comfortable boot with support and these fit the bill. Any heavier or higher and I would not be able to use them. I've only put a few urban miles on them but even with no break-in these are really comfortable.
