They're built with a waterproof breathable StormX membrane, fully sealed seams and a DWR-coated ripstop shell.

They fit well overtop of my exercise pants with no discomfort at the waist. It rained the entire day and I was in the rain for most of the day. My legs stayed dry throughout the day and the material kept out the wind and kept me warm. So glad I thought to pack them.

these were much too tight but fit strangely - the front of the pants fit like a butt. i could have turned them around and they'd be the same. returned. -
