They're very very comfy and look nice for business casual outfits. I can easily walk in them for a day at the office, but would not choose to wear them for a day of shopping or city touring. There is a little bit of padding in the heel and ball of the foot, but no other support or cushioning. If you're looking for a pair of simple black flats for casual wear, I'd say these are a good option.
I would recommend wearing socks for flats with these. -

I was pleasantly surprised. These shoes were immediately comfortable, almost like wearing slippers. They don't have a lot of arch support but have a very comfortable padded insole. I have been trying to find a black ballet flat to replace an old pair that have worn out and these will work perfectly. I definitely recommend this shoe.
