It works because the price is so low.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Alaska on Friday, August 11, 2017I read a different review before I ordered that critiqued how short this "dress" is, so I had already planned to wear it as a tunic with leggings or skinny jeans. But the arm holes are a little tight and when I sit down wearing it, it gapes a LOT at the front. I have to keep tugging the sleeves back into place. I'm making it work because it was cheap and the print is fun. But these are some things to keep in mind.

My daughter loved it so I ordered her the small. She'll need to wear a tank under it, but fits great in the length, however, she is 9 years old. Unless you are 4 feet tall or want to wear this with leggings, I'd say pass.
