Day & Mood Carla Crossbody Bag - Leather (For Women)

Based on dimensions, I thought this would hold more, but the zippers are stiff, so the compartments don't open fully. Otherwise, cute and sturdy.

This is a beautiful leather bag at first glance, but there are two problems: 1) The length of the top zipper to too long and it bunches up into a hump on the end with the pull-tab. It must be a design flaw. You need to work at it and massage it to get the zipper to start. Once the zipper moves it is stiff. My husband put a lubricant on the teeth and it opens and closes more smoothly now. I need to be careful not to unzip it all the way to to avoid having to massage it to get it to open. 2) For the size of the bag, the strap is disproportionately thin. The strap makes an expensive looking bag look cheap. The bag itself is beautiful. The leather is supple and there is a subtle design stamped into the leather. There is a large compartment on the outside of the bag and another inside. I am going to keep it because I need a cross body bag for an upcoming trip and it is the perfect size. I'm going to use it for a few days first and if the zipper proves to be a problem, I will return it.

The strap is pretty thin, otherwise it's awesome.

Nice leather and color, and good size for when you just want a few things. The zipper is really difficult if the bag gets unzipped all the way....VERY hard to zip up again, would have expected a nicer zip on a Day & Mood.
