I was disappointed in the made-in-Italy quality though. The ends of the stitches are not clean and have been scratching my ankles. But other than that, I gathered you got what you paid for:-)

Yet, they are as comfortable as my other more standard sandals. I just bought from STP in the past week or so a different style of shoe from the same brand because of their comfort.

I did have to buy moleskin stickers because the black bands were rubbing blisters into the tops of my feet. The sole of the shoes are comfy and they look great with everything, but be warned that they may need some DIY fixing before they’re ready to walk in.

They are NOT clunky like you might think, but very lightweight and versatile. So well made and fun to wear, and so durable I think they will look great for a long time. This is a fantastic value. I came back for the black ones, but alas, sold out. Act fast on these.
