Extremely poor cusioning in both boxes — tops of bowls only cover with thin layer of bubble wrap. Boxes not marked fragile, and look like they took a beating in UPS truck. The cute little figures peeking over the rims of at least two of the bowls in each box snapped off and were floating around. if you order these, gently shake the box before opening and before the UPS guy leaves; if you jear tinkling refuse it.
STP was fabulous though; credited immediately and no need to pack up and return.
