Frye Naomi Leather Pick-Stitch Shoulder Bag (For Women)

I have several handbags made by Frye, as well as a briefcase and backpack, and I have been very happy with the quality and durability of the leather, and of course they look beautiful. I was excited to run across several lovely Frye bags recently on STP at a price I would have to say is an absolute steal...so I picked up a few for Christmas gifts. I also purchased the Naomi pick-stitch tote bag, which is also quite nice, but I like this one much better! I waited around and waffled a bit before ordering so I missed out on the tan colored version, but I did manage get get my paws on the black--and it really is a luxurious bag. It is quite large and well designed--spacious interior, lined in leather and a single interior zip pocket (no pockets on the outside). The pick-stitch trim is understated and elegant which means it will be a great gift for a friend of mine who likes to carry a ton of stuff around. It is so soft that it collapses to almost nothing making it easy to store (in the unlikely event my friend won't be using it all of the time!) I am kicking myself for wanting to see this in person before placing an order for a second one, instead of just ordering both colors in the first place as one of my daughters would also have loved to own this bag. If by some chance, these happen to become available again, I will definitely be purchasing another one and maybe even one for myself--I don't own anything in pebble leather, and this is unique as well as gorgeous...
