4.0 out of 5 stars. low price for a nice knife setReviewed by avan from TX on Thursday, February 6, 2014This is definitely not their professional series knife set but you cannot beat the price. The quality is still very good and the knives are amazing for the price.

5.0 out of 5 stars. BEST prices on Wusthof knives on the web!Reviewed by Anonymous from North Carolina on Tuesday, October 15, 2013Have shopped lots of sales building a good collection of kitchen knives (since discovering that using quality can make a difference even to someone who doe NOT like to cook - makes an onerous task a bit less so) and Sierra brings these otherwise pricey knives into the realm of possibility. They also sharpen up so very nicely.

5.0 out of 5 stars. SharpReviewed by Infrequent Shopper from Seattle, WA on Monday, April 22, 2013Wow, the blade is super sharp. I knicked my finger so be careful. The price was half of what a major dept. store had them priced.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Cheap looking handle. Don't botherReviewed by beaker from Knoxville, TN on Thursday, October 25, 2012The "Gourmet" line of Wusthof is the bottle of the barrel. Either save your money for the higher end or look for some Cutco cutlery. The handles look like cheap plastic. The Wusthof label resembles a cheap sticker you would see on your bannanas from the grocery.

- Cons: Flimsy Construction

5.0 out of 5 stars. Good knives make a difference!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Sparkletorch from south central, PA on Wednesday, September 19, 2012I am in the process of slowly upgrading all my kitchen knives with Wusthof knives from Sierra. I have three now, and the sharpener. A good knife makes life in the kitchen better. Much better. Good tools are always a good investment!
