No, just 1, they tell me the ''Five Cotton Briefs" is just the name of the product and includes only one. Nothing wrong with the item, but not a good deal at all for just 1, and Sierra was EXTREMELY rude, insulting in fact telling me I was stupid and couldn't read. I guess I don't know what 'Five Cotton Briefs" means. Do you? Anyway, they absolutely refused to take back unless I paid the shipping which is rather pointless for something this price. I may never shop at Sierra again, and have been a customer for about 20 years.
