I expect it to last a while and continue to look good. It’s the right size for day tours while on holiday and it looks good enough to take everywhere including restaurants. The flat bottom, when the main compartment is appropriately loaded, makes it stand up nicely. Much easier to use than other styles that are basically large bags that droop. The inside slot for a tablet is well padded and there is only 1 inside pocket. This is not a trail bag though a day trip through an arboretum was a breeze. The shoulder straps are nicely padded. The security elements are so-so and shouldn’t be the reason to buy this pack. I’m not sure what other security can be added without weighing the thing down but any crook won’t be deterred by what’s on this bag. A couple more inside pockets would be a very useful addition.

I bought it to take to the beach so that no thieves will be able to steal my stuff while I’m in the water. The only thing that disappoints me is the “locking” shoulder strap. I thought it was securable in a way that only I would know how to unlock it, however, it just has a twist lock that anyone can open. It is still a deterrent, so we will see how it does.
